Vicky and Mark also take part in this film. The film starts with Gabriela in her fourth month fucking the hell out of Hans and her friend Vicky. It then has a scene for every coming month and sex becomes hotter and hotter. Gabriela also does Mark - a friend of Hans. She also does lots of oral and anal in the film. There are also a lot of scenes with her lactating and her friends all get mouthfulls of it. Overall I think it was a very good movie (if you like pregnant girls) and all people there seem to enjoy it very much. I don't know about the various rating schemes used on a.s.m. (if someone cares to send me a mail I might be able to give better ratings) but I can say I loved every minute of the film.
