There was a pay-per-view special some time ago called "Pajama Party" which had a bunch of our favorite porn stars talking dirty on the phone to guys who called in. This tape purports to be a "behind the scenes" view of that taping.

While some shots appeared to be from the special (which I did not see) most of the footage seemed specially shot for this tape.

Jim Holliday introduces the tape from a director's chair nervously smoking a cigarette. He looks terrible.

Scene 1: Vince Voyeur, Catalina (?)

Someone get a mirror, I think she's dead. "You really are worked up," he says. Better put that mirror under her nose to make sure. "Yeah, " she mumbles, "but I need cock." This is not a good start.

However, as it goes on, it warms up. The sex is directed well, with quite a few wide angle shots, but not softcore footage intercut with hardcore... She's got an all-over tan and saline-underneath fake tits. He fucks her doggie, and it is covered nicely.

The girls all pay attention to the "softcore" camera which isn't our vantage point, so we feel more ignored than aroused.

Scene 3: Nina Hartley, Crystal Wilder, Porsche Lynn

This is allegedly from the show, but it could not have been. Few reasons: lighting was better, the sex was *too* hardcore.

Nina wore a purple strap-on and fucked the daylights out of Porsche Lynn. The phonesex motif is continued, but I think the gals are talking to a dead line. They each take turns with the phone.

There are lots of full body shots, and the action is more directed towards us, so I think this one was shot just for the tape. Probably at a different time, too.

The scene was decent... all the gals are pros, and you get a professional scene. Nina seems to enjoy herself, but then she always does.

Scene 4: Gerry Pike, Crystal Wilder

After some lame intro by Jim Holliday, Gerry "I am awake, really!" Pike plays a security guard on the show who won't let Crystal Wilder in "without a pass." Like the poor cuban border guard in Bernstein's "Wonderful Town" Gerry Pike is unsuccessful in reigning in Crystal. Instead, he fucks her, and then lets her in.

Crystal is a little too much for me. At the end of the scene, after some excellent RC and a facial from Mr. Sleepy, she gets this look in her eye... this look that she is *so* nasty, that she's gonna bite his cock off, just to enjoy the scene... jeepers.

Scene 5: Brittany O'Connell, Misty Rain

Again, some "alleged" backstage footage. Jon Dough is the either the most competent TV director in the world, because he can do it all himself, or he's the worst. And he's cranky. When the girls bug him about his attitude, he gets best line for "My name's Bob, not Mr. Cranky-Pants." The gals are there to help him blow off a little steam... he blows off more than that ;-)

The gals go to town on him, and he on them. There's your typical three-some pairings... it ends with SJH in an excellent facial position -- under the on-her-knees Misty as Jon fucks her doggie-style.

Drama 1: Jim explains the "Pizza Chicken"

It is at this point in the tape that Jim realizes he didn't get his pizza yet. We then see a guy dressed in a chicken suit driving an El Camino (I didn't realize they still existed... must be a West Coast thing) making a phone call. Then his car dies, and he rolls around the hood of the car. All in grainy Hi-8 footage... why? Maybe this sets us up for something in part 2...

Scene 8: Sahara Sands, Leena, Summer Knight, Kylie Ireland, Lynden Johnson, Sheena (Goddess of Lust)

An orgy for the cameras. Yeah... whatever. A combo of softcore and hardcore footage destroys this scene. Highlight: Leena fucks Sheena with a rubber cock that spurts when a small handball is squeezed. So the rubber dick cums... then Leena gives herself a facial with it.

The flick ends with Jim promising a part 2, and a large pillow fight that I am sure we will see in its entirety then.

Playing off the pay-per-view special, this tape had very little to do with it. I was unaware of a pay per view special, and I don't think we missed much judging by the footage that made it to this tape.

I felt a little cheated because the behind the scenes stuff was so obviously faked. I was hoping for a more "candid" portrait like we had in "Bikini Beach". No such luck.
