I'm only aware of www.dvdovernight.com and www.bluedoor.com that rent adult. There's also Excal's "return/swap" policy -- but I haven't done the math recently to see how that fits with the pricing structures...

If anyone is interested: As for other online DVD rental sites, I have rented from www.DVDovernight.com and www.XrentDVD.com and I have was satisfied with the service although their selections are not that great.
